All Sessions and Services are available Tuesday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 11:00 - 1:00 pacific time zone.

Evening appointments are available, but limited due to Kate's teaching schedule.

Payment and Confirmation of Sessions

Kate accepts Debit or Credit Cards, or your Personal Check through the on-line payment gateway, PAYPAL. You will receive an Invoice for your session from Kate McDaniel, sent from Kate from Paypal.

All Phone Sessions and Distance appointments are confirmed only when payment has been received.

To guarantee your appointment, please make your payment as soon as possible after scheduling your session. All sessions require a 50% Deposit Payment at time of booking, with the balance to be paid no less than 24 hours before appointment.   If balance is not paid 24 or more hours before start of session, session will be rescheduled, or cancelled with deposit refunded less 25% of the total session cost.

Once payment has been received by Kate, you will receive an Email from Kate confirming your appointment day and time, and any additional information such as the number to call for a Phone Session, instructions on how to prepare for your session, or directions to her office.
