About Kate McDaniel, Angel Therapist® and Psychic Spiritual Medium

Kate McDaniel, certified Angel Therapy Practitioner®, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Medium, Metaphysical Teacher and Counselor, is an internationally recognized naturally gifted psychic medium, Angelic channel, and energy healer. Kate has studied and trained in Metaphysica, mystical Christianity and Western Spirituality, Native American Medicine and Shamanism, Celtic Shamanism and Paganism, Tibetan Buddhism, North American and British Spiritualism for more than twenty five years.

Kate began her spiritual journey communicating with Spirit at a very young age. By the time she was six-years-old, she had experienced a full OBE (out-of-body experience), floating in space above her body below her and crossing over to the "other side." While on the "other side," Kate was instructed that her life’s work would be to assist people in releasing their fears about Death and Dying, and to teach them about the help and assistance available from the Angels. She was told that she would be assisting people to turn away from materialism and fear — and to focus on LOVE as the driving force behind all of their actions. During this experience she met with Archangel Michael who instructed her that she would be working exclusively with him in doing her work, teaching, and demonstrating that Angels are real and present here on Earth. She was told that the Angels' purpose is to help strengthen people emotionally, physically, and spiritually while assisting them in dealing with and overcoming their life challenges. At the age of 25, Kate entered a four-year evangelical Christian Seminary. However, after four years of seminary study, which included two years of missionary service, she realized she was no closer to understanding how to live the concepts of her life purpose that were revealed to her as a child. She chose to return to her “roots,” to talking and working with the Archangels and Angels, and through these communications she reclaimed her spiritual assuredness and life-direction. During this time Kate had the opportunity to work in a variety of corporate disciplines including as the Administrator of the NICU at UCI Medical Center in southern California, and working with herbs and supplements while functioning as a product development manager in the natural products industry. Even though she gained tremendous life experience from these roles, neither they or any other occupation filled the void of not living her life's purpose. In 2002 Kate opened a metaphysical healing and event center, Wings of a Dove Healing Center in Lake Forest, California. Here she met with clients, conducted workshops, and created a healing haven and sacred space for other Lightworkers to meet and work with their clients. A native Californian, in 2004 Kate's Spirit Guides urged her to leave the chaotic energies of southern California for less energetic surrounds due to her natural abilities as an Empath and Channel. She was divinely guided to relocate in an area that would best suit her life's purpose at this time, and was directed to southern Oregon and the beautiful community of Ashland. In 2007 Kate founded and established TAMMA: The Ashland Metaphysical Marketing Association, a non-profit group of local southern Oregon Lightworkers who joined together pooling resources and networking to make their services available to the larger Rogue Valley Oregon communities. To that end, she also created and published the first two editions of The Ashland Oracle Magazine, distributed free throughout the Rogue Valley and containing feature articles and advertising focusing only on metaphysical topics and the practitioners in the Rogue Valley. Once The Oracle and TAMMA were firmly established, Kate stepped down as Founding President, to return to her private practice, her clients, and students. The latest change in Kate's life came this past August, when on the hottest day of the year, she married her "prince charming" after fourteen years of friendship.
