Animal Readings in the Here and Now
Often humans are puzzled by their animal companion's behavior when it is out of character or, when it is destructive. The reasons for their behavior can range from illness, to territorial issues, to those of insecurity, to name a few. Whatever the cause, an Animal Communication Reading can assist you in pinpointing these causes from the animal's point of view, and also give you guidance from them as to how to remedy the situation.
Animal Readings can be done both over the phone and in person. (If done over the phone a photograph to assist Kate in connecting with their energy is much appreciated.)
During the session Kate will tune into the animal and get to know them first, (if doing the reading in person Kate will spend some quiet time with them). Generally they show her the things that are foremost on their minds (in their aura) and this can be how happy they are, or the cause of their situation you are enquiring about. Next she will work with them to find a solution to their/your issue.
It's really very simple and easy, as they so much want to please you and receive your love. Always they are thrilled that someone is making the effort to communicate with them and wants their opinions. Contrary to popular opinion, "animals are people too", and they do have things to say and will listen to us, if only we will listen to them as well.

Animal Readings in the Hereafter
Losing anyone we love is a difficult experience, and when it is a beloved animal companion, it is no less difficult. Kate has spent all her life in the company of animals, many of whom are now across the Rainbow Bridge on the Other Side.
Even though our society and many religions claim that animals do not have a soul and therefore cannot continue to be alive after death, Kate knows this is not true. She has had many after death experiences with her beloved animal friends — from having them lay onthe bed at night, to having objects that were buried with them, reappear.
They do continue on and we can still communicate with them, just as we did when they were alive on this side.
An Animal Mediumship Reading is identical to a "human mediumship reading" in that Kate is connecting with the soul of the deceased animal. Because they communicate primarily in pictures, and Kate is clairvoyant, it is easy for her to receive their information.

•Animal Healing through Usui Reiki
Reiki is a vibrational energetic healing technique utilizing Divine lifeforce energy, in use extensively throughout hospitals and clinics worldwide. Thousands of documented cases attest to Reiki's affect on increased healing times, lessening the after-effects of surgery and anesthesia, relieving stress, and in promoting feelings of peace and well-being.
Reiki is also very, very effective for our animal companions. Kate uses it quite often with her own animal companions whenever there is any type of injury or disturbance. Recently she offered Reiki to her tuxedo cat, Tommy, (featured in the flash movie above). He had acquired a large abscess at the base of his tail which was so painful, it could not be touched without him crying out in pain. He received approximately 45 minutes of Reiki, and the following day while checking the injury site Kate was very happy to discover that the abscess had opened and drained! No more pain for Tommy and no huge vet bills for Kate!
How a Pet Reiki Session is Conducted
During a "pet" session Kate will spend a few minutes allowing the animal to "get to know her." She will then verbally or mentally offer the Reiki energy to them. Depending on their need for the session, she may place her hands directly on the animal, or sit a few feet from them, to send the Reiki energy. If the animal has never received Reiki before, it usually takes them a few minutes for them to get used to receiving the energy. Their preferences direct the flow of the energy and when they have received as much of the energy as they can handle in one session, the flow of energy will stop. In very serious cases more than one session may be needed, as the body can only handle so much and it will need to incorporate the Reiki energy it has received before it can take in more.
