Office Hours

Appointments are available for either In-person, Telephone, or Distance Sessions at the following days and times*:

Tuesday through Friday
11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturdays
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

*Exception to the Rule:  All Shamanic Soul Retrieval sessions are scheduled between the hours of 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

>>>Please note that I live in Oregon, therefore my time zone is Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.  If you live on the East Coast, I am three hours behind you.

All phone messages will be returned during Office Hours.  Please allow me up to two days to return your phone call.

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an Appointment, please make your payment for the "Session" you desire, utilizing the "payment" feature that appears on each page.  Once your payment has been received, I will send you a confirmation Email which will include two date and time options for your session.

Alternatively, if you have a specific date and time in mind, please suggest it and I will make every effort to accomodate you.

Payments and Payment Methods

Each "Service" that I offer has a "payment gateway" on it's page.  Click this button and you will be taken directly to Paypal on-line to make your payment.

• Credit/Debit Cards

At this time I can only accept Credit/Debit cards through the Paypal service on-line. 

• Personal Checks

Paying On-line:  Paypal now accepts personal Checks.  Please note that it generally takes from one to two weeks for them to process your payment by Check.  When paying by Check, you will receive a confirmation Email of your payment from me, along with tentative dates for your session. When Paypal notifies me that your Check has cleared, I will Email you to confirm your session date and time.

Paying In-person:  I only accept local Rogue Valley financial institution Checks, and
                            Traveler's Checks.  

• Cash

Cash is always accepted and appreciated at In-person sessions.

Cancellations and Refunds

•Cancellations

      ~48 hours prior to Appointment:
             Full Refund

~24 Hours prior to Appointment:
     75% Refund

~Day of Appointment:
     50% Refund

•Mediumship Session Refunds:

Mediumship is about connecting to our loved ones to prove the continuity of life and that there is in fact, no death. It is not about "dial a spirit" where we get on the phone the person you want to speak with. While I try my best to connect with the specific person(s) you wish to speak with, I make no guarantees that they will show up. I cannot control them anymore than I can control you.

During your Mediumship Session it is important to be open to whomever shows up for you to make a connection. This will validate that life does go on and there is no death, which is the whole purpose of Mediumship.  It is not about connecting to someone to find out what to do with your life, or where they left their will or any other material concerns you may have.

In the rare event that you do not recognize anyone coming through for you in the first 10 minutes of a Mediumship Session, I will offer to reschedule your appointment or, if you prefer, to refund your fee less 20%, which covers the cost of my time and preparation.

•Late Arrivals:

Please be on time. Arriving for your session more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, (or telephoning), will be considered a "no show." You may reschedule your session, but no refund will be given except in the case of emergency.
