Flower Essence Therapy

Utilized worldwide for a variety of healing functions, Flower Essences allow us to connect to the healing and spiritual properties of plants to promote our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing and well-being.

Kate utilizes over 250 different single Flower Essences, any of which can be custom blended to address any type of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing. They are particularly effective in dealing with anger, depression, and sorrow.

Flower Essences are used to relieve stress and promote relaxation, to provide gentle and effective encouragement to stay focused on task, to promote mental clarity, to gently release toxic emotional trauma, and to promoteand enhance spiritual growth and awareness. They are safe for adults, children, and pets.

Your Flower Essence Therapy Session

Every Flower Essence session begins with discussing together your goals and any mental and/or emotional challenges you may be facing.  Based on this information, Kate will confirm with your Angels and Spirit Guides, which essence(s) will be most effective in addressing your needs at that time. Once this information has been obtained, the essence is carefully formulated and blended.

All Flower Essences are blended with a combination of the "mother" essence formulated in pure spring water and then combined into your "signature" essence, which is mixed with a 1/8th teaspoon of brandy in order to fix and preserve the blend. (For those who wish to avoid alcohol, the essence can be fixed with vegetable glycerin.)  

Your Flower Essence will be blended and ready for you to use, in usually one to two days after your initial consultation. Flower Essences may be ingested with tea, water, or juice, or they may be taken directly under the tongue and/or included in bath water.

Kate utilizes a wide variety of Flower Essences including Bach Flower Essences, Flower Essence Society (FES) Essences, and Ancient Forest Essences. New essences are added frequently as they become available. Kate is a member of "FES", the Flower Essence Society, which has been formulating and working with Flower Essences in clinical trials for over 20 years.
